Your Enquiry and type of event  - In this section you may wish to let us know any design ideas, who the cake is for, their age or any other information, but please also let us know what type of event that you are catering for -  birthday, christening, retirement, wedding, engagement etc.

We are also keen to know how you heard of us, so that we can thank them personally or if it was a cake company, then we can return the favour in due course. 

Please note that we are always busy and may not be able to respond to you immediately. We aim to acknowledge every message within 48hrs, however on occasions this may not be possible.

NEW NOTE - 5th July 2021

We are facing some interesting times and at the same time daunting for some people - Even after the latest announcements by the government, the latest LOCKDOWN RULES are being adhered to. We are discouraging non essential travel and will therefore refund any cake deposits if customers do not wish to collect their cakes due to the pandemic.

    We are open as normal working from home under Plymouth UK LOCKDOWN RULES in accordance with the government and NHS social distancing requests. Sorry for the inconvenience.

CORONAVIRUS NOTE:  - Many areas of the cake business both in the UK and worldwide have been impacted by the effects of Covid 19. We are located in  England UK. The wedding industry continues to feel the impact from couples potentially wanting to reschedule their dates. Please read the new NOTE in our Terms & Conditions regarding our policy before making any further payments.

We continue to receive bookings and enquiries on a daily basis and have very limited availability this side of SEPT 2021.

We are taking many bookings for dates for the remainder of this year and even for 2022, so please plan as far ahead as possible. 

Please aim to give us as much notice as possible in order to not be disappointed. 

Remember : A cake booking is ONLY SECURE with a deposit.

 We would recommend that you contact us with 3 - 12 months notice. This is not a guarantee that the dates will be available but anything less than 3 months will most likely not be possible. Saying that, it's worth trying just in case that we had a cancellation.
